Withdrawal and Rebalance order request include selling of shares directly from your demat account while placing the order from Teji Mandi app.


If you are executing the order via Teji Mandi and you find insufficient shares error as per screen error below, indicates that the quantity shares may not be matching in Teji Mandi and in your Demat account.


For eg.: Assuming that during rebalance or withdrawal order request it asks you to sell 4 quantities of Prestige estate in Teji Mandi app but in your demat account holding you have only 2 quantity of shares in this case you will get the above error.


The above error may arise as the shares may be in a settlement process as it takes T+1 day to get credited to your demat account and request to place the order again on next trading session.


Or


You might have sold the shares directly from your broker terminal, hence it does not get sync with Teji Mandi app. To fix this we may need update the manual order for the shares executed from broker app and you need to provide the details in format mentioned below:


- Portfolio Name: Flagship/Multiplier

- Type of Orders: Buy or Sell

- Name of Stock

- Quantity

- Price


Post sending the request it may take 2 to 3 working days to reflect and update in Teji Mandi app.
